Offered over £100 less than quoted, and then arrived back with three random scratches!

A truly exceptional company to deal with. From obtaining the quote to posting the phone to being paid was less than 24hours. The company paid exactly what was quoted so what more can you ask. The best telephone sales company I have ever used.

Printed the label off that they sent immediately via email. posted the phone and 2 days later i heard from them saying that the phone had been received and they agreed to pay the price quoted and the money was in my account less than an hour later - excellent service. I had previously sent the phone off to other well known recyclers (Mazuma) who blatantly took the piss (quoted £70 and they offered me £5 which i declined then they offered me £20 which i duly declined again), another one (HandTec) quoted me £70 and offered me £15 which i declined and after 3 days of emails they eventually offered me £40 which was also declined. Meelie may not offer the highest price, but they did not try and rip me off like the others who quote high any try every trick to get the phone cheaper. Based off my experience i would definitely recommend Meelie
