Got a quote of £64 for my smashed phone, sent it in and expected to be paid less after reading the reviews. Got accepted yesterday and for the quoted price. Received my cheque today. Very happy with my first experience with Meelie. Will 100%use again.

Item damaged by Meelie who offered less than half. Avoid

Avoid, tried to knock £150 off my phone for a small scratch that can only be seen with a light shone directly at the screen. Not visible in everyday use.

Select for their free post package and they send you a link to choose another option and then Quote a price online and drop a substantial amount of money for damage to the phone box, I.e the broken security seal and some dirt around the camera lense. Ridiculous and lengthy process for no reason.

Scam…sent a working intact iPhone and surprise surprise…screen has been reported as cracked and offer went down to a £1. I await my intact phones return but doubt I will ever see it again or the money originally offered.

Not a great experience Sold my iPhone 15 to them with very minor scratches to the screen. Was quoted £311 for this despite me claiming the condition to be poor. They examined the phone and sent photos of scratches that weren’t on the phone when I sent it. To which there new offer was £100! Which is outrageous! Does not cost £211 to get a screen replaced. This company will under cut your offer and find any excuse to deduct at least 50% off the original quotation. Would reconsider sending your phone elsewhere who are trust worthy and upfront at the very start.
