Brilliant socks

I felt that even though I measured my leg and my husband checked it the supports were so tight my legs were so swollen and painful when I removed them. They are in my opinion very expensive as I’m an old aged pensioner who has arthritis in my knees,I can’t afford to pay out £41 and not be able to use the product. To say I’m upset about this is an understatement. I don’t usually complain like this but I thought they would help me so much after reading all about them.i really am very disappointed.

Incorrect size of product. Advised they required photograph of package, so I resealed package using the resealing plastic bag we received and sent photo. The reply, cannot exchange due to hygiene policy. I did try the item on but it never came in contact with my skin. So what was the point requesting for a photograph. The original price of the item also escalated from that advertised of just over £12 to over £20, the extra cost was VAT and postage. They then asked ,'do I wish to order a larger size', so that could mean a further £20 wasted. Their size reference only referred to the waist around the hips. If they need to comply with their hygiene policy, why not have the product covered in a protective layer. I will never be using the company again. A waste of £20.

I ordered a theraband on 12th March, which took 16 days to arrive (2 weeks to dispatch) supposedly due to a "high volume of orders" but it seems more likely it is because they are selling items they don't have in stock and have to wait to get them in. Even if their claim is true, they should have a notice on their website warning about the long dispatch time.
