Adverts despite paying

Update: Rakuten resolved the issue and ensured this would not happen again. All you can ask for really. Original review: I paid to watch a movie, but then was forced to watch 3 adverts before continuing as soon as the credits started.

Notifications without permission

Misuses the "reminders" android app notification category to send me notifications about "trending" nonsese I haven't opted into.
