Sizing shoes online for medical reasons needs better guidance - either website or phone call. So that failed, and not allowed to return. Width ok but too long, so a smaller size might end up too narrow. All down to the straps. Now end-user patient has lost faith in product.

I had to return a previously purchased shoe, as I needed the next size up, for which I received a very helpful service. Unfortunately, I also had to return this second Balance shoe (correct size, this time) as it wasn't suitable for my medical situation, but that process went equally without any issues.
