Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!
Good bang for your buck
Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

So far so very good
So far so very good - excellent 'coaching' information and a clearly laid out website made deciding which esim to buy easy. Paying for and installing the esim (with 2 Data only Plans on it - Singapore and Europe) was straightforward ,as long as the instructions were followed closely, and price very reasonable. 'Ayu' responded promptly to my queries on the Chatbot and by email and answered them comprehensively. The real test will come on arrival at Singapore and in Europe when we'll find out if the Data Plans activate and connect to local networks seemlessly and effortlessly.

I purchased Europe+ plan which isβ¦
I purchased Europe+ plan. It has no issues in London and Munich. I had a bit of issue connecting to the network in Austria. At the end, it worked but it created a bit of hiccup in my travel plan. Maya has responded to my issue and provided me with a refund. Great support from Maya

I bought the worldwide plan 1GB
I bought the worldwide plan 1GB. After 700mb it stopped working. I just came back from Carribean and I shared the screenshot of data usage on my android tab. I was told by Maya customer service that since I used more than 10% I cannot get refund. I couldn't use the balance nor I can get refund. It's a fraud company

Great reliable service
Great reliable service When I moved to the EU, setting up my eSIM was quick and easy. I did everything online, which was super convenient. I had some connectivity issues, but these were resolved quickly by the Support staff. Overall I was happy with my service until I got an EU contract.
