Very happy with this service..

Efficient and competitive booking process. Actual ride was smooth and trouble free. Driver, Abdul, was courteous, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service for hassle free transport to London from Gatwick (we had a fair bit of luggage). A small (5 min) delay in finding the right spot to meet the driver. There is no 'Information Desk' as such in International Arrivals area - the actual meeting spot is at the Uber directions pillar, immediately as you exit into public area of the Arrivals Hall.

So far so very good

So far so very good - excellent 'coaching' information and a clearly laid out website made deciding which esim to buy easy. Paying for and installing the esim (with 2 Data only Plans on it - Singapore and Europe) was straightforward ,as long as the instructions were followed closely, and price very reasonable. 'Ayu' responded promptly to my queries on the Chatbot and by email and answered them comprehensively. The real test will come on arrival at Singapore and in Europe when we'll find out if the Data Plans activate and connect to local networks seemlessly and effortlessly.
