Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!
Good bang for your buck
Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

I have used Maya eSIM in my last 3xβ¦
I have used Maya eSIM in my last 3x trips to Japan, China and Europe. I am about to travel again to multiple countries in Asia and decided I would purchase Maya's Asia+ package to cover the total duration of my trip. I decided to start the package immediately as my home country is also included in Asia+ but I had troubles getting it working. I emailed Maya Support and within 2-3 emails the support person Novi helped me sorted it out! The response I got was near immediate! And Novi sorted it out with no fuss whatsoever, no mucking around! I remain a BIG FAN of Maya! Thank you so much Novi! You are a champion!

Few things to be aware of
Super easy to set up and use. However, we expected to be able to send and receive texts through our Australian mobile numbers but it was not the case. This meant that any apps that use two factor authentication, like banks and PayPal, couldnβt be accessed. Also be aware that your time starts where you buy from. We bought at the airport as we left Australia and our eSiM expired in Australian time zone. This meant our last day in each place was without data.

Great service. Several times I have used maya and no issues encountered in various countries I have travelled too. Also great customer service from Diana following an issue I had as well which was resolved very well.
