Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

Buying the package went smooth, activating the eSim went smooth. Activating the service failed but after contacting customer support I got an answer from Jesslyn M. within 5 minutes (literally) and the solution she gave me worked like a charm. The connection works perfectly and the speed is the one that was mentioned in the website. I cannot recommend enough Maya Mobile)

Good choice
It's a good choice, but I had some issues that forced me to manually select the carrier, but it's worth the price and they won't make you install any apps to get it working.

Nach Flugmodus nicht mehr erreichbar
Für einen Australienurlaub habe ich mich, durch Empfehlung eines Freundes, für Maya entschieden. In Deutschland die eSIM installiert und aktiviert. Und tatsächlich: in Sydney am Flughafen Handy eingeschaltet und sofort online. Top! Allerdings, als ich nach einem Inlandsflug den Flugmodus deaktiviert habe war der Service nicht mehr erreichbar. Bei meiner Tochter das gleiche mit Maya. Es waren keine mobile Daten mehr möglich. Also muss es sich um etwas systematisches handeln. Sehr ärgerlich, da wir am Flughafen so nicht mehr an die Informationen der Mietwagenfirma( Tel., Adresse, Buchungsnummer, etc) kamen . Also WLAN Hotspot gesucht. Der bringt allerdings nicht viel wenn man auf google angewiesen ist als Navigation im Fahrzeug durch die Millionenmetropole Melbourne. Ca 4h später waren mobile Daten bei mir und meiner Tochter wieder erreichbar. Mir ist das genze dann noch einmal passiert. Das ist alles sehr ärgerlich, wenn man auf Internet angewiesen ist, wie in meinem Fall. Edit: 15.5.2025 Nach meiner Erstbewertung hat sich der Maya Service bei mir gemeldet um das Problem anzugehen. Desweiteren bekam ich meine Kosten erstattet. Service sehr gut und wenn das Problem dann gefixt wird werde ich das nächste Mal für Australien wieder Maya wählen. Plus 1 Stern

First time using an eSIM - worked great
This was my first time using an eSIM and it worked flawlessly. I installed it using the instructions in the email and turned it on when I got to my destination (South Africa). It worked pretty much instantly and I had a good service throughout my trip. No complaints, 10/10, would use again.
