Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!
Good bang for your buck
Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

The e-sim worked seamlessly for me
The e-sim worked seamlessly for me. And there was no problem adding more data at the end of 30 days. I did have a concern when I was billed for another time period. I'm not sure why that happened, need time I will check the settings when I add data. But in contacting Maya I was able to message a person quickly, ie AI referred me quickly, and they canceled and refunded without any issue.

Not always the most reliable data
At times, the data provided by the e-SIm was weak and unusable. We were in several different European destinations, and this happened at times in various places. Not the majority but some times it However when we informed Maya Mobile after the fact, they refunded our money, which we appreciated.

Easy, convenient, well-priced, great service.
I have used Maya Mobile several times … convenient and great service at a reasonable price. On the odd occasion when I’ve made a mistake in my order they have promptly responded (less than 5 minutes!) and quickly got me out of my self-inflicted predicament. Highly recommended.

Es una estafa, no funcionó la esim, solicité el reembolso y me dijeron que lo harían, nunca llegó, me enviaron un pantallazo donde decía que la compra se había cancelado y según ellos, esa era la prueba de que me devolverían el dinero, luego les volví a escribir porque el dinero no llegaba y me dijeron que tenía que hablar con mi banco porque ellos ya habían devuelto el dinero, al final nunca funcionó la esim ni devolvieron el dinero, ladrones!
