Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Good bang for your buck. Just a bit more complicated to install on android. Other than that worked really well.

Le support a été vraiment très réactif, s'est montré très pédagogue et arrangeant (remboursement) Dommage que l'activation n'ai pas pu se faire sur un téléphone plus récent que ceux indiqués dans la liste de compatibilité (xiaomi 14T). D'autant qu'avant le départ, la esim semblait fonctionner correctement.

eSIM for touring Europe
The eSIM was a new concept for me. I managed to buy it and install it. It was activated on the date of my travel to Europe. It worked very well. When I was near my data allowance I was contacted and made aware. The email also gave me options which I managed to use. The data I bought ran out almost at the time I was boarding the shuttle train to come back to Uk. Will use this company again.

Everything worked fine during the first…
Everything worked fine during the first month: solid connection, no issues. Then suddenly, the network just stopped working completely. I contacted customer support via chat and it was an absolute nightmare. The responses were painfully slow. I’m not exaggerating, it took hours to get anything done. They kept asking for screenshots and had me run endless experiments, clearly just dragging things out until I gave up out of frustration. It feels like they wear you down on purpose. Would not recommend.
