e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Nothing but positives.

The lawyers, Ellen, Caitlin and Nick, were all very pleasant and on the ball. Not just professional but also very caring and direct. They never failed to listen to my perspectives and inputs, and were very supportive through my whole ordeal which has taken years through no fault of anyone but covid delays in the court. I’m more than happy to recommend this firm, and hope anyone in a similar situation finds them and can deal with their situation in the caring support of Mary Monson’s.

SUPERB Service.

I was searching for legal representation having been invited to attend an interview at a Police Station. Search engine lead me to this company, and within five minutes I received a call, advice, support, care and direction from Caitlin. Who also took the time to offer reassurance. Although the company are not in my local area, I would gladly recommend them on kindness alone.

Been a Firm Regular of this firm for a number of years now. On this Particular Occasion I was dealt with by Eve and Liam. Liam is an outstanding member of the team who I have dealt with quite frequently. However, I have never been dealt with by Eve before. Eve was very friendly, pleasant, and professional and answered all questions that I had. She dealt with things efficiently and fast but did not feel rushed. She is an asset to the firm.

Personable and professional service

Alex and Caitlin were great throughout the lengthy investigation. They provided sound advice, and also extremely personable given the tough personal circumstances. Whilst is was a difficult process for me, Alex was able to detail the process/approach which left no unwanted surprises. This was useful to know at outset, and whilst not always easy to take, it provided reassurance and knew what was going to happen. Ultimately Alex and Caitlin were very thorough in their advice and preparation, and ended up with a positive outcome in the case. I highly recommend them both

Mary Monson Soliciters helped in an extremely life altering wrongful accusation case and with their expertise and professionalism we were able to win my life back against an often heavily biased police force who really don't care about any of the people involved. Right from the start I felt in safe hands and their friendly and experienced staff new exactly what action to take at every turn. In particular Thomas O'Brien was outstanding and is extremely helpful and professionalism at all times whilst being a able to communicate with the barrister and anyone else involved in a case in a professional manor, his insight and tactful approach was constantly reassuring, as are the entire staff at this firm right from the first call. If you or a loved one are ever unfortunate enough to be in a situation like this then Mary Monson should immediately be the first call.
