e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

I can’t recommend this company highly…

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. We found ourselves needing a solicitor and not knowing what to do, I went on the Internet to find someone to help. I had a few companies contact me, but Mary Monson were head and shoulders above the rest. From the first phone call that we received from them, they put us at ease. Every step was explained to us, with constant emails and phone calls. Knowing what it was going to cost, and having someone at the end of a phone, was very reassuring for my husband. They really are a company that cares. For my family they really did do so much more than we ever expected. I will always be grateful for that. If I ever need any help in the future I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them completely.

Nick Ives is amazing

I was recommended Nick Ives from mary monson solicitors. And what a recommendation that was. From the word go Nick was on the case talking me through everything and keeping with a level head. I was in bits but he guided me through it all. He was calm, collected and amazing. I cannot praise him up enough. If you need someone to fight your corner then look no further, he is your man. His colleague Caitlin Watson-Scoley was also amazing who attended court with me on Nicks behalf along with barrister Emma Fenn. Caitlin talked me through every step of proceedings on the day and was there for me all the time. Thankyou so much to you all

Great team thanks Alex

I was in a deep hole in trouble with the police for the first time in my life and let myself Down and my family .The investment went in for for 14 months in that time it got to me and at times i was losing a metal battle thought about ending it all only the thought of my family kept me going. I got a visit from the police and I had to go to court I felt like that was the end prison no family job ect I was all time low. I got in touch with Alex and and his brilliant team were on the case even after our first conversation i could see abit of light at the end of the tunnel .They kept me so up to date with everything not left wondering. I ended up at Crown Court where Alex and Kevin got me a very very good result now I can start to rebuild my family life ect that I thought I'd lost . Thank you to all the team . John from Wakefield.

I emailed the firm early on a Saturday…

I emailed the firm early on a Saturday morning and within 15 minutes I had a reply and was called just afterwards. Caitlin was very informative and honest. She was upfront with the costs and I didn’t feel pressured to use them.

Thomas O'Brien & Liam Kotrie - Consummate Professionals

Thomas O'Brien and Liam Kotrie are consummate professionals and guided me through the difficult world of criminal law. Thomas and Liam work at fast pace and it was not unusual to see emails from them over the weekend. The patience extended to explain the legal steps were instrumental in building my confidence to tackle the case directly. As heavily signposted on the Mary Monson website the charges were indeed dropped allowing me to retain my dignity and reputation. Thomas and Liam take full ownership of the case so that matters are dealt with without your participation whilst at the same time maintaining constant communication ensuring there are no surprises and you feel fully in control. I was initially apprehensive of the fixed fee £ until I realised that this commercial agreement means it is in Mary Monson’s interests to quash the case before it ‘grows legs’. If you are looking for a firm of Solicitors who will leave no stone unturned and assertively represent you every step of the way then look no further.

Mary Monson is the Law Firm who cares

I had come into some legal trouble and I was under investigation which I was absolutely mortified and terrified about. I did not know what to do, what to expect etc. Luckily I found Mary Monson Solicitors online and they gave me excellent legal advice and support throughout the investigation stage, Alex was the solicitor who helped me through this painful stage of my life and after only 4 months I can now finally put this behind me and move on with my life, Thank you Alex for being so wonderful, caring and speaking to me on the phone and clearing up any worries I had, Anytime there were any updates Alex would immediately let me know even if it was out of hours etc. Mary Monson and it's solicitors show a great deal of respect and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs legal defence.
