Alex and Caitlin were great throughout the lengthy investigation. They provided sound advice, and also extremely personable given the tough personal circumstances. Whilst is was a difficult process for me, Alex was able to detail the process/approach which left no unwanted surprises. This was useful to know at outset, and whilst not always easy to take, it provided reassurance and knew what was going to happen.
