Tanya Branco has been my Property Manager for the last year and has been fantastic. She is very professional and efficient, helping to solve any issues the pop up with the flat.

I recently moved to a new flat that’s been managed my Martyn Gerrard agency - Fern Facenda our property manager has been exceptional in solving all our concerns. once our electricity at the apartment went down for an error while my wife was at home. my wife contacted fern facenda who helped her immediately and stayed on the phone till she secured someone to come and solve it. Again we are very happy and appreciating all her work.

Mittio was professional, friendly and went out of his way with his dealings with me for my property when it came to his role in lettings from start to finish. He kept me updated at all times and was responsive to any queries I had. He has exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Andrew Eleftheriou and his North Finchley team did an excellent job in getting me good tenants for my 2 BR flat in Woodside Park. From the initial stages of reviewing the flat and advising me on what was needed to get it ready for tenants, taking care of the necessary compliance checks and finding good tenants paying the asking rent within a few days and then managing the tenancy for the past few months, I am very pleased with the overall service provided. I have another flat getting readied for the market and intend to use their full management service for this flat too. I highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to other landlords because of the quality of their service and their presence / connections in the local market which provides access to good tenants at prevailing market rates.
