Block management can often be challenging, so it's genuinely reassuring to be looked after by a team like MG. Wai and the team are consistently professional, approachable, and clear in their communication. They manage everything with care and are also mindful of costs, making sure necessary works are done properly without unnecessary spending. As a leaseholder, I have come to realise, especially after hearing about others' experiences, that good management like this is rare and really appreciated. That is why I wanted to say thank you.

I was quite anxious as I had to find tenants needing a short term (6 month only) tenancy. After a couple of calls with Anthony and Irfan a block viewing was scheduled in a few days; after the obligatory checks the flat was let at a competitive rent. Great experience!
