High quality letting and management service
Andrew Eleftheriou and his North Finchley team did an excellent job in getting me good tenants for my 2 BR flat in Woodside Park. From the initial stages of reviewing the flat and advising me on what was needed to get it ready for tenants, taking care of the necessary compliance checks and finding good tenants paying the asking rent within a few days and then managing the tenancy for the past few months, I am very pleased with the overall service provided. I have another flat getting readied for the market and intend to use their full management service for this flat too. I highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to other landlords because of the quality of their service and their presence / connections in the local market which provides access to good tenants at prevailing market rates.
