I'm lost for words after what we've experienced with these guys. They overcomplicate every communication and operate with zero integrity. Taking ownership of your legal obligations and operating within the terms of a contract is simple stuff for any business, I think M&P could be just as profitable selling books of excuses, they have them all! These guys make mistake after mistake, the communication internally and externally at this company is a shambles and they claim that the company systems and software is down regularly which quite conveniently means that they can't help you. To cut a long story short, M&P have lied to us, they ow us money, and they make it impossible for you to hold anybody responsible by having multiple people reply to emails in super long email chains, all giving conflicting information which I can't believe they can get away with. Out of principle I feel that legal action must be taken and others should be warned about the misconduct of this company. Either this office has no clue how to run a business and they've been incredibly lucky to get to this point or they're incredibly vindictive and take every opportunity to profit with zero consideration for the individuals they're hurting in the process.
I have been dealing with Will Whitty as a property manager for my flat in Chelsea and he has been brilliant. Always quick to respond and very helpful when it comes to sorting out any issues. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Sale of property James and Riccardo were very tenacious at finding a buyer for our property in a difficult market environment and they always kept in touch and gave good advice on pricing and kept things moving forward.
Whilst I would never recommend Marsh and Parsons to a peer I can say hand on heart that Victry is the exception - she solved a clerical issue that had been running for 10 months with the previous manager in 1 week. She is exceptional.
Edward was quick to respond to an urgent situation at the flat. He provided sound advice, took prompt action, maintained clear communications and saw the situation through to its completion. It was reassuring as a landlord to have Edward’s support - thank you!

Derbhla has been amazing with helping my daughter with her change of occupancy, she ensured everything was done in a timely manner and my daughter is extremely happy!

They initiated early contact with our tenant and negotiated a renewal of the lease at acceptable terms to both parties. The agent was proactive and handled the process well.

If there were an award for the most appalling letting agent experience, Marsh & Parsons would be the undisputed champion. My journey with them, from the hopeful beginnings of securing a rental property to the disillusioned end, has been nothing short of a nightmare. This review serves as a stark warning to anyone considering engaging with Marsh & Parsons for their letting needs. From the outset, Marsh & Parsons demonstrated a level of incompetence and indifference that I had never encountered before. The property I was let was not only in a deplorable state upon move-in but also riddled with maintenance issues that were blatantly ignored by the letting agent. Despite repeated attempts to address these concerns through proper channels, my pleas for assistance and resolution were met with a combination of evasion, delay, and outright refusal to acknowledge the problems. The supposed "professional clean" boasted in the tenancy agreement was a myth. The property's condition on my arrival was appalling, with evidence of neglect and dirt that no professional cleaning service could possibly have signed off on. When I raised this with Marsh & Parsons, expecting a responsible letting agent to rectify the situation, their response was to shuffle the responsibility onto the landlord, absolving themselves of any duty of care to their tenant. But it doesn't stop there. Every attempt to engage with Marsh & Parsons on unresolved maintenance issues, from unsafe fixtures to left-behind belongings of previous tenants, was met with a staggering lack of accountability. Their customer service was non-existent, a facade masking an underlying disinterest in tenant welfare and satisfaction. The stark contrast between their advertised values and the reality of their service was not just disappointing; it was infuriating. The final straw came when they blatantly disregarded their obligations under the tenancy agreement, pushing all responsibility onto the landlord and leaving me to navigate a sea of issues alone. Their hands-off approach in situations requiring their intervention was not only unprofessional but also deeply unethical. In conclusion, my experience with Marsh & Parsons has been the worst letting agent ordeal imaginable. Their failure to uphold basic standards of service, accountability, and tenant care is alarming. I urge anyone considering using Marsh & Parsons for their rental needs to think twice. There are many agents out there who understand the meaning of customer service and responsibility—sadly, Marsh & Parsons is not one of them. My advice: steer clear and save yourself the trouble.
