From the first day we arrived at our apartment on the coldest day of the year and no heating, our Property Manager Abdullah Leghari has been fantastic in helping us. He’s professional, experienced, polite and ever ready to assist. No issue or question is too big or small for him to solve, and he’s a lightning fast ninja in his replies. Thanks, Abdullah!

2 weeks ago the toilet in our flat experienced a severe clog and required multiple visits from plumbing engineers. Abdullah Leghari (our property manager) was extremely responsive during the day of the incident and was able to help us arrange for a plumber to come that very same day! The plumber was unable to resolve the issue, and we were left without a working toilet for over a week. Thankfully Abdullah was consistently on top of this issue, pushing and chasing the plumbing company. Thanks to his efforts they were finally able to send someone over and the issue has been completely resolved!! He truly went above and beyond to help us resolve this!
We’ve rented via Marsh and Parsons for 5+ years and had a very positive experience. Generally they’re fast to respond to any issues and the property manager Charlie we’ve worked with has always been polite, professional and responsive.
Abdullah Leghari has been very helpful, polite and responsive to the challenges or issues I have had with the property he manages. In my experience renting in London for the last 9 year it is very rare to find someone who provides this level of service.
There was simply nothing to complain first they tried to sell and then we decided to rent out the flat, found a tenant in a very short time and so far rent was paid ;) Lots of things had to be done and they arranged everything for us. Good on emails and information.
Tatiana Rodrigues has been a great help with figuring out the process of ending my tenancy. She works efficiently, keeping an open line of communication at all times. Thank you, Tatiana!

For the last five years we have rented our flat out with Marsh and Parsons. The whole process has been unbelievably smooth and easy. This was very much due to our manager Phoebe. I would 100% use M and P again.

Weronika was extremely helpful and polite and dealt with my problem fast and efficiently. I was frustrated about a problem with a broken boiler in the flat M&P let for us and she was very professional and got on it straight away. I'm grateful for her taking the time to step in for a colleague who was off sick as I'm sure she had her own clients to be dealing with too!

Have been renting through M&P for 2,5 years and it has been great from the start. Independent surveyor for the state of the flat before we moved in, smooth communication, quick responses via email. We have had a couple of different contacts at M&P. Currently we are linked with Phoebe, who is efficient and friendly.

My wife and I have been using the Stockwell branch of Marsh and Parsons as our lettings manager since October. Considering their large management fee, they have been outright horrendous. The flat below reported a leak at the start of November. Since then we have had 4 visits to our property by various contractors who have all failed to diagnose a leaky shower. The leak is still undiagnosed and the bill still accrues. We are at over 3 months to repair a leak. 3 months! In another incident we had a fire suppression system burst in December, a totally anomalous event causing a small amount of flooding. On the one day we needed their active and immediate assistance they were awful. Contact was intermittent, clear instructions not followed, and their lack of care and concern was incredible. Had we not intervened almost nothing would have been achieved and our tenants would have been left in the lurch. The whole point of managed service is so you can forget about your property and let it be run by professionals. That is what the not insignificant cost is taking care of. However Marsh and Parsons have caused more issues than they have solved and we would have saved more time, money and importantly stress, doing it all ourselves. We have had to direct or hold their hand at every turn, pushing for updates, chasing results. Crucially do not expect anyone from their management team or with any seniority to step in or make a difference. They wont. The moment we can, we will be extricating ourselves from this service. A shame as we had planned to sell our house with them but this experience has been beyond poor.
