Very straight forward to deal with and responsive

Edward has always been effective with us, however he didn’t give enough sense of urgency when communicating with the landlord

Since appointing Marsh & Parsons to manage the tenancy of my rental property 2 ½ years ago, I have been designated a few different representatives who have on the whole been helpful in dealing with tenant issues and keeping me up to date. My 5-star rating relates to the first-rate service of the most recently appointed manager. They quickly acquired a good background knowledge, have been prepared to research/investigate as issues have arisen, and have an attention to detail that inspires confidence. Courteous, friendly and understanding, and quick to respond to queries and with updates. Their availability to ‘speak in person’ has been especially helpful and a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ much appreciated.

William Anderson replied to all my queries with courtesy and speed and could be relied upon to do what was asked of him.

My local M&P branch in Clapham Old Town consistently goes above and beyond. They're incredibly reliable and always deliver on their promises. A huge shoutout to Sebastian and Natalie for their patience and hard work – they truly make a difference!

Ms Stanislava​​​​ Sebest responded to my email request promptly. I replied with further explanations. She double-checked with her Accounts team the info I gave her. She then acted upon her findings and communicated with me the outcome of her action. The matter was resolved within the ~hour. Well done.

Nara at Marsh and Parsons was so helpful throughout what would have been a very stressful experience with a tenancy changeover. She worked up until the last hour to help get things confirmed for us to allow us to move in that weekend. She was very responsive and answered our multitude of questions!

She's consistently been proactive in resolving issues or providing us with clear options to choose from. Her professional and sincere attitude made the process extremely easy for me. Elisabeth Ppasa has been managing our property in Camden Town for nearly a year and she has been a great help, staying on top of issues in our apartment and dealing with them efficiently and in a timely manner. Would recommend working with her if you have the chance.

Weronika is very professional, proactive, keeps us fully informed and is extremely personable to deal with.

We have been working with M&P as our rental agent for almost 2 years. For the majority of this time, our experience was not positive - lot of reasons but overall, not good! However, since Elisabeth Ppasa has taken over as the focal point with M&P managing our property, the service we are getting has turned around completely. Elisabeth inherited an angry client and has worked diligently to turn this around. And to her credit, she has done this. Of course, we hope the service levels we currently enjoy continues, but as of today, credit clearly goes to Elisabeth. To follow on from your reply @ Ms Lesley, Customer Relations Team; whilst Elisabeth has indeed done a good job - and continues to do so - I think there are learnings for M&P management here as we were very close to looking for alternative managing agents...
