Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Wie könnte es anders sein. Nach den gemachten Erfahrungen mit dem leidigen Thema "auto-renewal deaktivieren" gehen die schlechten Nachrichten leider noch weiter. Im Gegensatz zu der hier versprochenen Rückerstattung sieht die Wahrheit leider anders aus. Nach mehreren Monaten der Kommunikation erhalte ich folgende Information seitens Lyca Mobile (Original-Zitat): Thank you for contacting Lycamobile customer support, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in our response. We understand your concern regarding the refund and auto renewal, and we want to inform you that we are here to help. We've reviewed your refund request and regret to inform you that refunds are not available for successful transactions. Wohlgemerkt, das Problem lag auf Ihrer Seite und mir wurden 2 Monate von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, welche ich nie gewünscht hatte. Die erste Meldung betreffend Deaktivierung der Auto-Renewal-Option ging schon vorher raus.
