Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Superb customer service from Marlene. I had no way to log in in my account and she was able to help me. And she did it 4 times in a row! Thanks a lot for your patience and help
Abdelouahab , Great customer service and care. Went step by step in detail. Should have agents like Jim.
The customer service is one of the worst team I have ever met. I have called them more than 12-15 times, they raise an incident but they never resolved my issue and I requested them if you cannot solve the issue please connect me to your managers let me explain the issue. but they never care the urgency of the issue and help the customer. please dont fall into the scam of lyca as they never want to let go the customer in spite of poor services, poor network.
this is is my first review, I had an issue with transferring phone number to Lycamobile and the rep Abdelouahab was extremely helpful. Initially I got one esim but the QR code didnt work even though i have scanned it after i got the email saying porting is success, but then I had to buy another esim this time I missed to select the check box for port the number to lyca as I thought porting is done already (Abdelouahab helped to refund this), finally I had to buy another esim with option as port the number to lyca.
I usually don’t write reviews but I had an issue with transferring phone number to Lycamobile and the rep Nazim was extremely helpful. Thank you so much.
I HAD RAN INTO A MAJOR ISSUE AND I'VE REACHED CUSTOMER CARE AND THIS GUY "SOUFIANE" HELPED ME RECOVER MY LOST SIM WITH EASE. HE WAS SO PATIENCE AND USED MINIMAL STEPS TO RECOVER IT. THANK YOU MAN
I called in Lyca Support and talked to an excellent , professional and friendly Lyca Service Representative named Rose. She was very helpful and helped direct me towards the best solution to resolve me Sim Card Issue! Thank you to Rose!
