Happened 5th time in 2 years, No network and “threshold Limit reached”

Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS

Lyca failed to send me the QR code that…

Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.

SIM SWAP I ordered an ESIM little did I know I have to have a physical SIM

UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Customer service is not helpful

Recharged family plan on 2nd jan transaction id is RBT0007388628. Lycamobile customer care representative cancelled the whole family plan and now I am paying for everycall I make! Issue is not resolved since 4th January.

If I talk about my day today

If I talk about my day today, it was PATHETIC.. only because the first person I spoke to yesterday did not guide me completely which hence didn't help me finish my sim conversation from physical to esim. This was the simplest I asked for. And then, the entire day went in making 5 calls just for this. And still no help, the sixth call, who didn't hang up on me, was Omar from Morocco who tried his best to help, this guy has been so professional, so helpful, so kind but that hasn't worked too only because your app is a piece of s**t. There is no network, I can't make calls..nothing..Now I want to port my number, I'm not being given my mpin for porting all my 4 family numbers. I'm at a point where I would just not recharge this month and just get fresh new 4 numbers from verizon Or T mobile. The first thing I do at 10am is stand at verizon and get 4 new connections and just not recharge after my plan dies in 3 days kalaji fariyaz

It's the worst company ever

It's the worst company ever. I gave them all the numbers they needed to bring my old number and they didn't do it. Then, I asked for a refund because I'm not getting the service I paid for and after 2 requests they are making excuses to not refund me. I keep waiting the 24-48h for a response, and then they come with excuses. They haven't refund me yet. The agents lie.
