Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

BE FOREWARNED: LYCA MOBILE ENGAGES in petty SCAM! On January 18th, I ordered and paid in full for 30days of unlimited data on prepaid-plan. On January 20th, LYCA Mobile activated the sim card and then sent me email notification of the activation. I received the sim card ON January 23rd in the afternoon and called Lyca Mobile's customer service and informed them that I paid for 30days of service and due to EARLY activation on January 20th, I lost at least 3-days of service. Lyca's CS agent asked me to send proof that Lyca activated the sim on January 20th and also prove the sim card was delivered on Jan 23rd. Lyca's CS agent abruptly hung up the phone without much further assistance. The sim card was delivered by FedEx carrier and per tracking, it was delivered ON January 23rd. It is time to file formal complaint with FCC and BBB on Lyca mobile. I encourage y'all do the same to pressure LYCA MOBILE to stop scamming people on this pettiness. Updated: here is PROOF: FEDEX tracker 284560041876 ...it was delivered ON January 23rd @ 1:20pm .... I asked a BLIND MAN whether Lyca Mobile will do the right thing and offer extension of loss days on the service and the blind man responded: "Let me SEE..." UPDATE: On February 15th @ 740am CST, received AUTOMATED SMS-text saying my service plan will EXPIRED on February 18th. Pathetic! This country is a cesspool of dishonest people and corporations engage in petty scams. It is sad. It is what it is.

Hello All- it was a great experience with Nassim from Tech Support who had walk me through all the details to swap my eSIM to physical SIM. Nassim was a great expertise to fix the issue and took us quick which saved lots of time. I appreciated for Nassim.

I had terrible experience with Lyca in December 2024. I purchased a prepaid SM card from the SoundBalance store at the Orlando International Airport. It was very expensive to begin with. It didn't work when the salesperson installed it in my iPhone 14 cell, but she assured me that the reason was the very busy airport, and that it would work fine outside the airport. It never did anywhere in the Orlando area. I tried calling the listed customer service number but no answer. I asked the store for a refund on my way back to Canada, but they flatly refused. In summary, it was the worst service ever experienced. Plain robbery. Avoid the company and the store. My Lyca number that never worked was +1 407-450-8821. (I also have a copy of the Lyca Mobile case and the store receipt. My cost on the case was US 63.90). I am looking forward to compensation before I edit my review.
