Top up happen automatically . Though i already off the auto renew. This is robbery .
O tarifário é apenas para "agarrar" clientes, depois tudo é complicado... O chat vitual não resolve, o atendimento telefónico demora dezenas de minutos,... Os dados são péssimos! Onde os outros operadores têm 5G a Lyca Mobile tem 2G e GPRS... Por isso, não interessa ter 20GB...50GB... porque não consegues usar... enfim, só tenho pena ter colocado a crédito 60€ na conta (para reaver o dinheiro tens de fazer requerimento e esperar pelo menos 7 dias...), senão já tinha deixado a Lyca Mobile há vários meses... Só estou à espera de gastar o dinheiro da conta para passar o número para outro operador.

Lycamobile is hands down the worst mobile network operator I have ever encountered. At this point I just feel like I was scammed as I ordered a SIM card with a National M bundle which has been uselessly sitting in my phone for a week now, still waiting activation. It seems I am unable to activate it myself due to some error so I contacted customer service on August 2, I got a process number and was told to wait until it was activated by the tech operators. Well, one week later the situation is still the same and getting some straight answers is impossible. Their costumer service is nothing but a big joke, the "assistants" are just trained to stall: greet you, ask how they could help, say they'll work on solving your problem and wave goodbye. Apart from these, they can't provide any answers or explanations, they're almost like very rudimentary chatbots. So yeah, I paid for a useless piece of plastic and sat with it in my phone for a week like an idiot, lost precious hours of my life trying to solve this issue until I figured out it's probably time to give up and purchase proper communications services elsewhere. If you are thinking about saving a couple of bucks by purchasing their cheaper services, I'm telling you: you are not prepared to deal with that amount of incompetence, amateurism and disregard you'll be facing from the time you'll place your order and wait for it forever to arrive (you won't be able to track it) up until you'll open it and try to wrap your head around the tangled and very user-unfriendly steps you have to take to make it work. If there's any problem in the process you can just forget about anyone caring.

I have been living in Portugal for a year and using Lyca mobile as everyone does here in this beautiful country. Unfortunately, somehow i carelessly lost my SIM card, I was so worried as I had given this contact number to process my residence permit. I was fortunate to contact Lyca Mobile customer care and there was a professional lady Regina who helped me so promptly and transferred my old number to new sim. Thank you so much Regina for your kind, selfless and prompt assistance. 😊😊😊😊😊

Elishama was extremely helpful and responded quickly to me messages! My data, calls, and texts were not working once I left portugal, and they helped me fix it quickly. I had talked to 3 other agents and even had an IT request filed - none of these people were able to fix the problem (the first two people left the chat before the problem was fixed. and the IT request got marked as resolved even though it was not). I could tell Elishama knew what they were doing, their help was much appreciated.
