My experience with Luxe watches has been great, I dealt with Charlie and the Rolex was as described in pristine condition I am so happy with it. Delivery was next day as promised, fab service!
Great experience at Luxe watches showroom today cannot fault the customer service and comfortable experience, puts the likes of the uncomfortable traders at hatton garden to shame . Look forward to a future purchase here .
The customer service was excellent and turn around time was fast. I called and inquired about a watch and Arif was able to source it the very same day, and within a few days I had my watch. I highly recommend

Great service and quality of watches at a great price, saw the watch on insta and booked an appointment same day.
We had some issues at the beginning of the purchase negotiations with my wife's Daytona, however both Jason and Charlie went up and beyond to ensure these were quickly forgotten and gave us a great deal with a great service. We would defo use this company again and look forward to seeing the new Mayfair Shop!

Had a new battery fitted. It was very professional from sending a prepaid special delivery envelope and the way to pack the watch until it came back (well packed again). They were easy to contact as well. Oliver Ryan looked after me very well

Charlie was fantastic to deal with. He went above and beyond to find a beautiful Yacht-Master for a friend visiting from the US, and the whole thing went smoothly from start to finish. Super easy to communicate with, clearly knows his stuff, and the watch was even better in person. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

I wanted my Rolex Jubilee bracelet tightened & asked for a quote, they came back with a price of £1200! This normally cot around the £200.00 mark with my best price coming in at £180 but it made me laugh.
