Reviewers frequently commend the staff, particularly Charlie and Arif, for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Many express satisfaction with the speedy service and the seamless purchasing process, often mentioning that their desired watches were sourced quickly and accurately.
