Simple & quick Great shop

I sent my Omega 300M for service and repair. Not only were they faster but cheaper and the communication was superb. An excellant parcel to put my watch into and a prepaid envelope. The photograph of them having recieved the watch the next day. And then a quotation for the work just 24 hours later. The entire start to finish was only 5 weeks and that included Christmas. They were 2 months faster and £300 cheaper than Omega quoted me for the same work.

I came in just trying to get a feel of what watches I liked within budget. Found the perfect one slightly outside of it and Charlie at Luxe was able to help in anyway he could. I ended up picking the watch up 5 days later. Would recommend and will be a returning customer.

I needed a watch valuation for insurance purposes, Luxe watches provided this free of charge and in excellent time. I would highly recommend them they dealt with this request in a very prompt manner. I Dealt with Oliver who both helpful and friendly.

Charlie was very helpful and provide I fo and video of my chosen watch. Delivery was speedy. Watch in perfect condition with all relevant paperwork. Very happy with service received.

I ordered a Rolex from them in October which developed a fault, the team were very attentive and fixed the watch and gave it a service before sending it back to me.
