Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Elena Koutsouli

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Recently sent a bag to Luxe Collective after being unsure and then reading the reviews on here. All dealt with in a timely manner and Elli on the customer services team was really helpful when i had questions and very quick in response, my items is now listed and fingers crossed for a quick easy sale!

Fabulous service and goods

What a fabulous service! Met Jordan who already had a stunning display of goods to show me after the smallest of wish lists! Without saying a word he was able to sell two bags to me as the quality and standard of them sold themselves. Jordan’s knowledge was impeccable as was the showroom. An experience will definitely be repeating.

Service and payment just as advertised

I was hesitant about using Luxe Collective so just listed one bag with them that my wife was selling. I thought the high list price compared to what’s available on EBay would stop it selling. However they did everything as they said, it sold in six weeks or so and the money was sent on time. I will be using them again. Shows that people will pay for guaranteed qiluality items and service

I purchased the mini looping bag last…

I purchased the mini looping bag last week and the condition was listed as AB for interior and exterior.. when I received the bag there was pink lipstick marks inside the bag and there is wear to the side of the bag. Bear in mind the pictures that were uploaded on their websites didn’t show any of the marks I just mentioned!! I wish luxe collective would take pictures of the marks/faults of the bag, so we as buying customers can see the condition of the bag before we buy it! To send items back to luxe collective cost £10.50 which isn’t cheap!!!! I REALLY HOPE THEY TAKE PICTURES OF THE FAULTS OF THE ITEMS IN THE FUTURE, SO WE CAN SEE WHAT KIND OF PRELOVED ITEM WE ARE BUYING!

Sold 3 things with Luxe Collective after finding them / following them on social media for years, always offer the best competitive reasonable prices for things and the turn around time from when you send to payment IS SO FAST! I just wish they’d accept / make me offers for everything I send them 😩🙄

Fair price, unreliable authenticity card

I liked the shipping speed, packaging, and confirmation emails. I didn’t like the authenticity card and description. A reseller should include a QR code or link where the consumer can learn more about the reseller’s authentication process. Counterfeit goods are a big concern for me and I’ve seen an uptick in resellers attaching a preprinted “authenticity” card that isn’t unique to the item. eBay provides authenticity cards that take you to the certificate. What stops someone from clipping the string and reattaching your card to a counterfeit good? Respectfully, I ask you to change this process. Also, Only brand issued authenticity cards can make a “100% authentic” claim. See Chanel v WGACA. For the description, the item color was listed as beige. I have a beige bag from Prada. When I compared, it was clear the item color was incorrectly described on the website. I gave the overall purchase 3 stars because the packaging is nice, the shipping speed was very quick (from UK to U.S.), and the price was very reasonable. Hope this helps!
