Easy process from beginning to end. My suitcase was collected before 1pm on a Tuesday, delivered in Scotland by 4pm the next day. Cheaper and easier than taking on a flight! Highly recommend.

Incredibly easy to use and helpful customer service. Had luggage shipped from UK to Aud in a matter of days in great condition would definitely use again!
Parcel from uk to New Zealand came fast and great tracking service every step of the way ! Also had to make a few changes the day before collection and the team made it so easy and were very helpful helping me do this !
I ordered a pick up on Friday for the following Monday and my suitcases were picked up from my hotel and dropped at my house on Tuesday morning. My bag was damaged in transit and I had to purchase my lane replacement. I’ll be cautious using this service as bag damage isn’t something they take liability for. So purchase insurance beforehand. It is a shame as the customer service via email etc is good but the business is not the courier as that service is contracted out so you lose consistency in service delivery. Just use with caution and have awareness of what you are covered for.

My packages arrived at different times and damaged, one box was ripped with big holes even though we packed it even more than the guided suggestions. Plastic boxes and slate coaster that were inside arrived cracked and broken. Thankfully nothing was missing but something couldve easily fallen out with the how big the holes were.
I have used luggagedeliverycompany.com twice now to send cases between the US and UK. It has been an excellent experience both times. It's very easy to book and a really speedy service. Communication is also excellent and they respond quickly to queries.

The initial customer service seemed great- I had not completed my booking and received a phone call to follow up and answer any questions I may have had. I later completed the booking, only to be informed AFTER payment of additional size restrictions (I was shopping a surf board and a box, nothing crazy). I queried these and was told i would need to pay an additional 50% to the price to secure the booking. I then discovered I had been charged in USD rather than NZD, as might have been expected on a NZ website. It has been five weeks and I am still awaiting a refund. I am glad to see others have had positive experiences but unfortunately this has not been mine.
