Easy process from beginning to end. My suitcase was collected before 1pm on a Tuesday, delivered in Scotland by 4pm the next day. Cheaper and easier than taking on a flight! Highly recommend.

Incredibly easy to use and helpful customer service. Had luggage shipped from UK to Aud in a matter of days in great condition would definitely use again!

Fantastic customer service by Marta, truly brilliant. I changed my mind on weight the day before and she was more than accomadating. The luggage arrived mid morning on the due date, I had to be out of the house but left a note on the door and they left the bag exactly where i said, and took the note to ensure safety of the bag. Absolutely brilliant, the prices are exactly what they said, no extras or hidden costs. These guys are definitely the most competitive price i found!!!

Was kept informed about the progress of our case at all times. Case arrived home a week later than planned - unfortunately public holidays delayed the transfer through Spanish Customs and the Spanish take their Bank Holidays seriously. Otherwise very happy with the service and will use it again as it saved a lot of hassle.
