Luggage Delivery Company Reviews

In general a very good experience, the suitcase was delivered next day, efficient and smooth. The only thing I think needs improvement is the website does not ask for dimensions but only the weight of the suitcase when they give you quotation and only tells you that you need to print the label at home AFTER you pay. This obviously caused bit of problem and I had to top up 70 AUD as my suitcase is bigger than the size limit which I only found out about after I’ve paid. And it does not help when customer service is only available during UK business hours and I am in Australia. Nevertheless, once I reached them, Martha was extremely helpful and patient. The suitcase was picked up and delivered safely after I topped up. I would use their service again. I just think the website needs to be clearer prior the payment and confirmation step.

First time using this company. Very good customer service. Quick delivery, only 2,5 working days from Italy to the UK. I did have an issue with a corrier in Italy, he came earlier to pick up the suitcase when nobody was in and refused to return later. But I called the customer service and they solved the issue for me and made him come back in the agreed time. The price was the cheapest compared with other companies. Also received a message from corrier in the UK with the day and time of delivery. Really impressed with the speed and customer service. 5 stars.

Easy process from beginning to end. My suitcase was collected before 1pm on a Tuesday, delivered in Scotland by 4pm the next day. Cheaper and easier than taking on a flight! Highly recommend.

Incredibly easy to use and helpful customer service. Had luggage shipped from UK to Aud in a matter of days in great condition would definitely use again!

The communication from the start has been fantastic. I had a lot of questions and everyone was answered quickly. This made me feel more confident about sending my case.

Fantastic service

Everything went smoothly with collection and delivery and return journey too. So quick and drivers friendly and courteous at all times. Takes all the hassle out of the journeys, so grateful for the service. Thank you so much.

The agreement was that my case would be picked up on Monday from Glasgow, which it was, and delivered to my sister’s address in Tasmania on Friday. It contained all my clothes and my medical supplies. I arrived on Friday, my case did not. Tracking was showing it would be delivered the following Wednesday. I contacted the company and received no response until after the case was thankfully delivered the following Monday. It was the most anodyne of apologies. No further contact.

**Unexpected Luggage Dilemma Solved with Ease!** Imagine being caught off guard by Delta Airways' strict luggage policy, allowing only four items. With mere hours to arrange transport for my additional four large bags, I stumbled upon a lifesaver: Luggage Delivery Company. The experience was nothing short of seamless! From the effortless booking to the constant communication during collection and delivery, every step was stress-free and reassuring.
