Excellent service always there for advise.

We have been taken care of by this firm for many years with excellent service.

I'm not sure exactly who's leading the firm now. It just seems like they've started to go in different directions. I get no communication or updates, newsletters, etc. about changes related to asset protection laws. I don't know if my partnership annual reviews are being filed, etc. I used to get a call every year and now I don't. When you only hear from a firm once a year to collect their retainer, you start to get a little disappointed.

Very difficult to actually speak to an attorney in spite of that being one of their selling points. Mainly the office manager deals w questions. They also don't take care of the required annual minutes/meeting for Trusts, which was another thing the touted. I'm actually afraid of the service I will receive from this group if I ever need to exercise the protection of the Trust.

The cost prevents the 5th star

My questions are always answered in a timely manner and I feel that my goals have been met by being a client.

Lodmell & Lodmell is the only law firm I use for both domestic and offshore asset protection trusts. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and most importantly, they have the the relationships with the off shore trustees and banks that are necessary if your client has to go off shore to protect assets.

I was aware of some of the strategies for long term asset protection and family wealth preservation planning. What I did not know was how to put it all together in a rock solid Trust. Doug Lodmell provided what I need. Doug and all the Lodmell staff always respond quickly when I have a question. I sleep well knowing I'm covered.
