deplorable treatment by Fraud team, verifying a transaction asking me my mothers milk, at some point the woman on the phone says, may be you are a fraudster, unacceptable treatment of clients, I hang up after 25 min of nonsense, they blocked my account prior to a trip of mine abroad leaving me stranded, went to unblock it after my return, was told they were closing the account in a month, no explanation, never received a letter to that effect, they told me they would resend the letter, two weeks later still no letter!!!! wtf guys, are you a bank or what

0% balance transfer why would you do that

Offered me a 0% balance transfer, then suspended my account because I tried to do a balance transfer! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what was happening and how to sort it. I now have to find a branch that hasn’t closed down to answer some questions about why I wanted to transfer a balance. I’ll have to take time off work and they just don’t give two sh**s.

Useless fraud department

Wouldnt help me after i got my money stolen and took 3-6 hours at a time to respond, so even though i started a conversation at 6am it still hadent been sorted by 9pm then they decided to cut me off. And left me on seen constantly for like an hour. Assholes

I've been a customer for 25 plus years the only time I've needed help from them with a fraud case and they gave the fraudsters their money! Avoid lloyds like the plague!

I have been with Lloyds bank for around…

I have been with Lloyds bank for around 10 yrs and I am done. They closed the high street office in Borehamwood so I had to turn to the app. The app is hell, I can never log in when I am not home and using WIFI , at times I needed to log in and I was just so frustrated with the timer going round it drove me to distraction. I am a patient person but if I am paying for something I expect something in return. I am leaving lloyds and happy to go!

Would give you zero stars but it's not…

Would give you zero stars but it's not an option. Only been banking with them 6 months and will be closing down the account and refuse to bank with them ever again. They have repeatedly failed to transfer my money to another investment account with another provider and have basically kept my money from being moved. There are no issues with the account and have provided no reason apart from it must be the other provider having a problem. No it is not as they have accepted funds from another account without a problem. No manager call back received as promised and still have no access to my money. Disgraceful and if I had not had access to money elsewhere, I would have lost the opportunity to pay into this investment in time before it closing. I will never bank with Lloyds again.

Virtual Assistant is absolutely useless

I have held at least one Lloyd's Bank account since 1959. I have recently noted an issue with my online accounts but cannot get this resolved due to the totally useless VA.

No you may not phone me

Just upgraded from Club Lloyds to Lloyds premier. Got a text tonight saying that a 'financial coach' from Lloyds would call tomorrow between 9 and 10am. No option to refuse the call. No option even to change the appointment. I don't want your dumb coach, I don't want you to call me while I'm working -- you guys have heard of working, right? -- and I don't want you pretending that you're being helpful instead of cross-selling me crap I don't need! I guess I put my phone on silent tomorrow. Or just block that number, but that might be a problem if I ever do want to call my bank about anything. How in the 21st century can anyone not have a basic option to cancel or reschedule the appointment?!

I have just rung Lloyds Bank mortgage…

I have just rung Lloyds Bank mortgage department & feel folk complain so much these days & rarely give PRAISE __ & a thank you goes a LONG way these days .A young man answered my call he gave his name CLEARLY as being Lewis & I have to say he was Awesome dealing with my enquiry _ I made him chuckle too as I retired November 2024 aged 81 . Lewis answered all my questions clearly & gave me GREAT advice bless him .

I cant even log on to my bank account…

I cant even log on to my bank account to check my bank balance, despite all the phone calls, trying load the app and trying to check through telephone banking, wasted over 50 pounds in calling advisers in Lloyds from South Africa to assist for online banking with no success, yet Lloyds is still using the south African dysfunctional postal service to send bank statements.

Customer service i love

Every time I have called even when I'm in a bad mood, lloyds bank customer service so polite I end up laughing. I would say I have tried other banks and with them, no training in customer service

Disgusting Customer Service.

Disgusting Customer Service. My wife called them to inform them of her father's death and was met with cold callus distain. Zero respect or empathy was show by the abrupt and border line aggressive agent. Once everything is sorted I believe we will be cutting ties with this company all together. Absolutely disgusting.
