deplorable treatment by Fraud team, verifying a transaction asking me my mothers milk, at some point the woman on the phone says, may be you are a fraudster, unacceptable treatment of clients, I hang up after 25 min of nonsense, they blocked my account prior to a trip of mine abroad leaving me stranded, went to unblock it after my return, was told they were closing the account in a month, no explanation, never received a letter to that effect, they told me they would resend the letter, two weeks later still no letter!!!! wtf guys, are you a bank or what

0% balance transfer why would you do that

Offered me a 0% balance transfer, then suspended my account because I tried to do a balance transfer! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what was happening and how to sort it. I now have to find a branch that hasn’t closed down to answer some questions about why I wanted to transfer a balance. I’ll have to take time off work and they just don’t give two sh**s.

Useless fraud department

Wouldnt help me after i got my money stolen and took 3-6 hours at a time to respond, so even though i started a conversation at 6am it still hadent been sorted by 9pm then they decided to cut me off. And left me on seen constantly for like an hour. Assholes

I've been a customer for 25 plus years the only time I've needed help from them with a fraud case and they gave the fraudsters their money! Avoid lloyds like the plague!

Absolutely shocking experience with this bank and would suggest avoiding at all costs !! Little or no regards for its customers and zero loyalty. How times have changed.

Terrible customer service and they seem…

Terrible customer service and they seem to deliberately obstruct or delay complaints investigation, even going to the devious extent of covering up for colleagues by deleting messages, chat, etc. So dishonest and unhelpful - AVOID!!!

Good cashier service at Lioyds Shirley Branch

I havebeen banking with Lloyds for over 30 years. Dillon is helpful and knowledgeable, his counter service skill is outstanding Even at busy time , long que , he makes a eye contact with smile and asks if he can do anything more for you .He is an asset to the bank. God Bless You , Dillon.

I'm trying to close the account

I'm trying to close the account. The app have that option but it doesn't let you. I tried to call, but when finally talked to the human, she didn't hear me. The bot tells me to use the app. When used chromium based browser I wasn't able to do much online.

Worst bank ever u tray to transfer…

Worst bank ever u tray to transfer money from Ur own app from Ur phone from Ur home address all the right code entered and transfering to another Lloyds account which means same bank same people won't let u and u have to stay on phone for hour and get there permeation to spend Ur money??! And then answer by rude guy think his giving u a favour I rather be robbed the ask permission from people has nothing to do with Ur hard earning money

I just spoken to "Rajat" at Lloyds who…

I just spoken to "Rajat" at Lloyds who called me a Liar! I contact Lloyds as a new customer as the system locked me out after one attempt to log in. I contacted Lloyds for help and was told their system registered multiple attempts to log in which is not true. I asked for support but was called a liar and told to go ring someone else. Is this the level of customer service Lloyds Bank gives?

Tried to make a payment to my own…

Tried to make a payment to my own account. Account got blocked can’t even see my balances, said it is under review and no access to any of my money or cards … I have a flight in 5 hours and not a penny to go as they have blocked everything!

With regards to my complaint over a week ago, this is the slack response from the complaints team, that actually didn't even call, they have you sat waiting waiting wasting more of my time. Didn't Professionally commit to a time as common sense would dictate. Terrible service yet again!!
