Well 5 stars again

Well 5 stars again. Evri have lost a parcel which is pretty commonplace. Live unlimited have responded immediately to this. Great service!

First class service and customer care

First class service and customer care. A blouse which I ordered for a special holiday has been stuck in an Everi backlog for seven days. I fully appreciate the logistic problems which couriers have but sent an email explaining my problem and asked for help. I was so pleased to receive an email advising me that arrangements were made for a replacement to be despatched with a guarantee to reach me next day. Superb service. First time I’ve shopped with Liveunlimited but I’ll be a regular customer now!

Wow finally found a company that gives…

Wow finally found a company that gives really excellent customer service as well as sells good quality clothing. Had great experience very helpful team member called Debbie that couldn’t do enough to make sure I was happy with my shopping experience. This was my first shop and definitely not my last. Great customer experience

I’ve just brought a top and trousers - they are great quality - look good, fit well and feel comfy! I had a problem with the delivery and I was really pleased with the speed of response and the solution found. The customer service team were friendly and professional.

I placed an order with Live Unlimited…

I placed an order with Live Unlimited on 26/08/2022, then received an email informing me of the shipment of package to courier and eventual delivery on 31/082022. I found the items to be unsuitable and sent them back via tracked Royal Mail on 01/09/2022. The package was delivered to company on 03/09/2022 when I checked via tracking on Royal Mail website. I contacted Live Unlimited on 12/09/2022 asking when I could expect a refund ........ No refund as yet................ Customers beware ........................

If I could give more stars I would …. Fantastic clothes , great quality great service , but they went the extra mile when I ordered something in the sale , the very next day it was reduced even more.after sending an email they reduced my item to the new lowest sale price …. Excellent I couldn’t ask for any more , they will always be my first choice

My parcel was damaged in transit with…

My parcel was damaged in transit with Evri. I emailed the damage notification to Ro&Zo and I received a really quick reply from Debbie to let me know that the parcel was being resent by express delivery. I received it the following morning. Really pleased that my issue was dealt with so efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Return issue

I have purchased a few items and generally speaking they are quite nice. I ordered two tops in early June and one was poor quality and very creased. I returned on 6 June and it was received back on 8 June. I have had no refund and cannot find a number to ring to sort it out. I will not order from the company again unless returns are sorted out in a timely manner.
