I placed an order with Live Unlimited on 26/08/2022, then received an email informing me of the shipment of package to courier and eventual delivery on 31/082022. I found the items to be unsuitable and sent them back via tracked Royal Mail on 01/09/2022. The package was delivered to company on 03/09/2022 when I checked via tracking on Royal Mail website. I contacted Live Unlimited on 12/09/2022 asking when I could expect a refund ........ No refund as yet................ Customers beware ........................
