Sherrie was excellent-provided all the info I needed for my 93 year old mother a medical alert system. She helped us get a veteran’s discount as her deceased husband was a WW II veteran & she is over 93! It sounds easy to set up as well.

I first tried the chat which was unsuccessful for a few days, so I called and getting the Sidekick and all questions answered was easy.
The setup was probably the easiest I have ever experienced. Just plug into power and it automatically connected to internet. I didn't even have to give the password. I needed to make a test phone call and it was all set up. Took less than 15 minutes.
