Actually what made my experience so outstanding was I had a very product knowledgeable rep't who listened to what my needs were and directed me to what I needed. Simple, no overselling but also gave me company background in the sector for 48 yrs. She convinced me your company was a great fit for me. Her name was Maria and I purchased on the spot.

The original order never shipped. When I inquired about the status, was told it had not shipped. I understand it is to be delivered today, 6/14/25.
I have not received my device but everything the person I talked to was helpful I have a system with another company and this system I have is higher price and doesn't have the fall notifications I haven fallen a few times and I worry about what would happen if I fall and can't get up

Sherry explained to me everything about the Life Station. I requested the watch and Sherry told me everything the watch does for my own safety. I chose to use the Annual fee because it was cheaper for my budget. Sherry was most helpful and patient with me and my stories that affect my need for the watch. I had a very pleasant experience. Thought they were honest to the point I checked with four other companies and live station was in the price range with the lowest ones also they seem more simplified than the others

I researched many of the medical alert devises on the market and felt Life Station had the options that I needed. Thomas (I believe that was the rep) gave me the information that I needed and was very thorough in his description of the device and your services. I wanted a watch that would notify me of a fall. Many of the other medical devices did not have that option. I will try this device and if it meets my expectations.
