Es fühlt sich schon ein bisschen wie ein Scam an. Es ist wohl richtig heftig, die Tür von dem Smart Kühlschrank Instaview zu ändern. Also den so genannten Anschlag von rechts auf links zu wechseln. Großspurig bietet. LG einen "kostenfreien" Wechsel innerhalb von 14 Tagen an. Absolut lächerlich, denn irgendwann meldet sich eine Firma, die 190 € haben möchte. Angeblich wäre der Wechsel gratis nur die Anfahrt würde eben so viel kosten. Ich hab nach der versteckten Kamera gesucht, aber da war keine. Auch die Cashback Aktion ist irgendwie fragwürdig. Ich habe bis heute kein Geld erhalten.
Extrem enttäuscht von LG. Ich habe mir einen neuen Fernseher direkt bei LG bestellt – und was kommt an? Ein Gerät mit einem sichtbaren Kratzer auf dem Bildschirm. Statt mir unkompliziert ein funktionierendes Gerät zu schicken, soll ich jetzt den Aufwand übernehmen: Retoure einleiten, Wochen auf Rückerstattung warten, neu bestellen – alles, weil LG mir ein beschädigtes Produkt geschickt hat. Kundenservice? Fehlanzeige. Verantwortung? Wird auf den Kunden abgewälzt. Lösung? Keine – außer „bitte alles nochmal selbst machen“. So stelle ich mir Service nicht vor. Sehr schade, LG.

Bonjour Ma téléne fonctionnez pas elle s'allumait pas et quand j'ai appelé lg Le conseil m'a demander de tourner la télé De la prendre en photoje fais ce qu'il m'a demandé et j'ai touché la télé était cassée en haut Parce que j'ai été toute seule à la faire tourner moi je fais ce qu'il m'a demandé et à la fin il voulait pas m'aider . j'étais toute seule à me faire ma télé elle est Énorme et quand je l'aurais expliqué la situation il voulait rien écouter Il voulait rien écouter ils m'ont laissé comme ça moi j'ai pas les moyens d'acheter une autre télé Pour mes enfants et je trouve qu'ils sont son cœur de me laisser en galère

Ik heb nu ongeveer een maand geleden een Amerikaanse koelkast van LG gekocht, en deze is door LG zelf geïnstalleerd. Helaas was het apparaat vanaf het begin defect en werkt het niet. We hebben meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, maar tot nu toe hebben we helemaal geen reactie ontvangen. We leven onder zeer moeilijke omstandigheden, zonder koelkast, en het wordt steeds zwaarder. Ik verzoek u dringend om deze ellendige en kapotte koelkast uit ons huis weg te halen. Mijn familie is echt verdrietig en heeft er veel last van.

Bought a dishwasher and it was delivered with a big dent that caused leaking. Spent 2 hours on the phone with LG and they kept passing over the call to other reps. By the end of the 2 hours the last lady I was talking to simply hung up on me and I had no resolution at all

We bought three LG appliances—dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine—and had issues with two of them immediately, as both the fridge/freezer and washing machine arrived damaged. The washing machine took months to be replaced, despite repeated emails and phone calls. LG's responses were slow, inconsistent, and the case had to be “escalated” multiple times before anything was resolved. Although they promised compensation, we never received it. The dishwasher has also had a bE (bubble error) since purchase. It was intermittent at first and would often clear on its own, which made it difficult to report. Given how drawn-out and frustrating LG’s customer service process had been, we hesitated to report something that might disappear by the time it was looked at. Typically, the error has now become persistent just as the warranty expired, and the dishwasher can no longer complete any cycle. Despite the fault clearly existing from the start—and our long history of problems with LG products—they refused to consider a goodwill repair. We’ve had to pay for a repair ourselves. Customer service, notably, was very responsive when it came to arranging the paid repair—though nothing has actually been booked yet. It’s a real shame. The products are well-designed and perform well when working, but the reliability and complete lack of accountability from LG’s support team has been exhausting. After this experience, we won’t be purchasing LG again.

LG Customer Service division would have to be without doubt the most incompetent, unprofessional and unreliable service I have EVER encountered. We have had an issue with our refrigerator for over 12 weeks and they have never returned a call or email that they committed to do and are more focused on avoiding issues rather than addressing them. I would seriously reconsider purchasing ANY LG product as the support is atrocious!!!

Ho comprato un frigorifero LG quello a due Ande che con il tocco del vetro si illumina non funziona il motore chiamo assistenza di Catania sono arrivati in due giorni lavorativi veloci efficienti hanno capito subito il problema si è bruciato il motore mi dicono che ne richiedono un altro a LG dopo dieci 15 giorni mi chiamano e mi dicono che LG cambia il prodotto fra tutto questo chiamo per la terza volta LG Milano per lamentarmi che una famiglia senza frigo non può stare e che siamo quasi a giugno e abitando in a Catania in Sicilia ci sono 30 gradi al telefono chi risponde è gentile e cordiale il fatto è che a un mese è ancora non lo hanno spedito non comprerò più un prodotto LG perché non è un televisore un microonde o un forno una famiglia senza frigorifero più di un mese non può stare specialmente con 30 gradi a mai più

I purchased the LG OLED65C1 in December 2021 for €2,000. It worked fine until a few months ago, when shortly after a firmware update, a vertical red line appeared and the screen stopped working entirely. I contacted LG Hellas, who collected the device and confirmed a panel issue. However, they provided no technical explanation, claimed it was simply out of warranty, and offered no help whatsoever – not even a goodwill discount or repair option. The panel failed just 3.5 years after purchase, and after an official LG update. No misuse, no damage, no explanation. LG refused to stand behind its product. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Greek Consumer Ombudsman, and I’m sharing this experience to warn others: think twice before investing in LG OLED products, especially if you expect long-term reliability and support. Extremely disappointed.

Tengo una nevera que ha dejado de funcionar con solo 5 años desde que la compré. Llamo al servicio técnico y me dicen que la pieza es gratis porque está en garantía, que "solo" tengo que pagar la mano de obra. Me llama el técnico y me dice que el desplazamiento y la mano de obra son 300 euros... y la nevera me costó 500. Un atraco, vaya, mejor me compro una barata nueva, porque ya no se puede confiar en marcas que se venden como marcas de calidad.
