Issue after issue after issue

I've had a string of issues with Lenovo trying to get additional reward points ($400AUD) from a recent deal that was not honoured, their wrong advice registering products, and almost buying a Legion Go S but their discount code failed to work on their website. They're unhelpful, don't get back to me, they have never replied to an email, their phone line was not answered, their answer machine message was "mailbox full". They've been rude, don't listen, and don't seem to know much about what's going on. I really like the hardware but their poor customer service is enough to stop me recommending them and to shop elsewhere. These experiences are over a seven week period (it should've been solved in a day it's so simple), and I had to contact them 15 times - I kid you not. Buyer beware. I joined Trustpilot to write this review.
