Please stay away. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing. They lure you in witj false ads and its a different story once you make payment. Ad on laptop says order will be delivered in 5-7 days. Get an email 2days later saying order now due in 3-4weeks cos they ran out of stock and need to customise another one. I called to cancel and ask for refund because the timeline for delivery was too long. First person I spoke to apologised, saying because its their fault, a refund will approved and be back in my card within a few days. Spoke to someone else a different day who says give us 48-72hrs and all will be resolved. 72hrs later a different person had another excuse about the refund saying it still needs approval. They keep pushing me around with excuses refusing to refund a product is yet to leave their factory, delibrately delaying till they ship the Laptop. Dont waste your time or money. You are better off paying the extra cost at apple for a premium product. These people are terrible. Avoid Lenovo.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lenovo. I placed an order on the 20th and contacted customer support through the website’s chat feature right after. I was connected to a representative named Janvi, who told me that my order was on hold and asked if I wanted to confirm it so it could proceed. I clearly told him to keep it on hold because I needed time to decide if I wanted a better machine. I even asked him to confirm that the order was on hold, just so I could shop with peace of mind. I was told yes — the order is on hold. So, based on that assurance, I went ahead and spent time and money on a different machine. Then, today — out of nowhere — I received a message from the courier that my Lenovo order has been shipped. No warning, no confirmation, no update. Just a shipment notification. I immediately contacted Lenovo support again and was basically told there’s nothing they can do. The only option is to request a cancellation, and if that fails, I’ll have to pay a 20% restocking fee to return the product — a product I was assured wasn’t even moving! How is this acceptable? I trusted Lenovo's support, made financial decisions based on their response, and now I’m stuck with a product I didn’t want to confirm, facing fees for returning something I asked to be put on hold. That’s not just bad service — it’s completely unfair. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from a brand like Lenovo. It’s a shame.

[Lenovo Switzerland] Un produit ne m'est jamais parvenu et ils me font miroiter depuis des mois qu'ils vont me rembourser. Malgré mes multiples relances depuis novembre 2024, j'attends toujours. J'ai toujours acheté mes ordinateurs là-bas, mais je vais boycotter cette marque dorénavant.

Deux ordinateurs sur 4 achetés en 2022 qui ont eu une charnière cassée ! Quand la garantie est dépassée de quelques mois, ils ne prennent plus en charge la réparation... Inadmissible. Alors que c'est un problème connu et récurrent des gammes Yoga / ideapad flex.

Alors j'ai lu les avis sur votre site après ma commande, j'ai eu peur d'avoir effectué le mauvais choix. Mais tout reçu selon exactement selon ma configuration, l'envoi a durer 5 jours pour la Suisse, vraiment bluffant, tout est respecté langue, option de ventilation, extension de mémoire. Très bien.

Vergognoso, notebook acquistato a novembre 2024, da un paio di giorni, quando si attiva la ventola, se il pc è appoggiato a qualunque superficie (scrivania, tavolo, pavimento o anche sulle gambe) fa un rumore assurdo, sembra un'affettatrice. La ventola fa contatto con qualcosa (probabilmente il case stesso), visto che se lo sollevo dalla scrivania, smette di fare rumore (nonostante la ventola, come è giusto che sia, continui a girare). Chatto con l'assistenza e mi fanno installare vari aggiornamenti, nonostante il problema sia chiaramente hardware e mi dicono che prima di potermi rivolgere ad un centro assistenza per la riparazione in garanzia, devo fare un RESET DI FABBRICA, per escludere che il problema sia il software. A me sembra solo un maldestro tentativo per scoraggiare l'utente e far si che si rivolga a centri assistenza a pagamento. Mai più Lenovo, MAI!

Ho acquistato un IdeaPad Slim 3, dopo poco più di due mesi i ganci di plastica che reggono i tasti si sono rotti (I,O,9). Ho il pc in garanzia e, dopo aver perso un INTERO pomeriggio tra vari ticket, centri assistenza con IA e non, sono giunto alle informazioni che volevo avere e...dai 30-60gg (per due pezzettini di plastica), senza la sicurezza che il tutto avvenga tra l'altro, perchè potrebbe non rientrare nella garanzia, ma chi lo sa (evidentemente nemmeno loro dato che neanche l'operatore sapeva dirlo), ciliegina sulla torta, apparentemente potrebbe ritornami un pc formattato (non vedo come centri con il sostituire due gancetti). Quindi, per chiunque abbia anche la SOLA remota intenzione di mandare in assistenza il pc non lo faccia. ps: dal negozio sotto casa ho trovato lo stesso servizio per 80 euro, ci mettono un giorno e si sognano di formattarmi il pc.

Habe mir das Ideapad Flex 5 gekauft. An sich super Modell, vor allem für den Preis viele Funktionen. Und dass da keine super Qualität vorliegt ist bei dem Preis in Ordnung. Eigentlich. Einen Qualitätsmangel haben die bei Lenovo aber meiner Meinung nach ganz absichtlich eingebaut. Das ganze Display wird mit Schrauben an drei ultradünnen Plastikringen gehalten. Viel zu dünn. Und als die Garantie abgelaufen ist, bricht dieses Plastikding, die Schraube hält das Display nicht mehr und es biegt sich durch. Das Problem habe ich und das Problem hatten 2 Freunde von mir. Die haben es bloß nicht bemerkt, das Display aufgemacht und dann hat sich die Schraube schon tief ins Display gebohrt und natürlich geschrottet. Lenovo hat es bei denen nicht einmal hinbekommen, dass diese Halterung nach Garantieablauf bricht. Und ausgerechnet dieses Display kostet halb so viel wie das Gerät selbst. Was für ein Zufall, aber naja, Lenovo verdient ja daran. Macht zwar jedes große Unternehmen, aber moralisch etwas verwerflich. Ich jedenfalls werde einen ****** tun und die für einen absichtlichen Konstruktionsfehler noch belohnen. Ich kaufe mir ein anderes nicht von Lenovo. Das absichtliche Einbauen von Schwachstellen heißt anscheinend geplante Obsoleszenz. Da gibt es ja Gesetzesentwürfe und -ideen in der EU. Hoffe die werden bald umgesetzt

Najgorszy wydawca złomu na rynek. Pomimo zakupu sprzętu w polskim salonie, pomoc techniczna nie działa w tym kraju w związku z czym wypieli się na klientów, którzy aktualnie wypinają się na Lenovo. W dno to oni pukają od spodu. Ba! Powinni dopłacać za używanie ich żałości. Wysoce odradzam wszelaką styczność z padaką jaka ta firma oferuje, a zaoszczędzicie sobie nerwów, złości i zaoszczędzicie czas!

j'ai un laptop 2-1 lenovo les accessoires sont très chers et incompatibles avec d'autre marques (hub usb c tiers ne marche pas), leur site est une catastrophe d'ergonomie (bienvenue en 1990) et la j'ai patienté 2h (1h du matin) en "queue" pour leur Event pour me faire jeter sur la fin, formidable
