Extremely Disappointed with Lenovo and UPS Delivery Experience I’m very disappointed with the recent delivery experience regarding my laptop purchase from Lenovo, which was scheduled to be delivered on July 18th via UPS. The product was not delivered on the promised date, and two days later, I was unexpectedly notified that I needed to collect the package from a UPS collection center—despite being home during the entire scheduled delivery window. This was both inconvenient and frustrating. After contacting Lenovo customer support, I was told that if I wanted the item sooner, I should collect it myself from the UPS location. However, when I visited the collection center, I was informed that the package had not yet arrived, and I was asked to return at a later time. This entire situation has been extremely frustrating. The lack of coordination and communication between Lenovo and UPS is unacceptable, especially when ordering directly from the manufacturer. It has left me questioning whether I will even receive the laptop in proper condition. I sincerely hope Lenovo addresses these logistical and customer service issues to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future
