Tried to cancel due to a sudden bereavement that meant I had finished work and signed off for depression. As I wasn’t working, I asked if they could cancel the rest of the loan and keep the money that had already paid but I couldn’t afford to continue all I repeatedly got told was that I was out of the 14 day cancellation period, as you can imagine during this stressful time that was not very helpful. Since then, all communication has finished with them as they have nothing further to tell me
