I had a great conversation with Patrick and Consultant, doing this interactive session, it was great, clear understanding and clarification on the modules. The motivation helps me stayed committed and focus. Learning people gives all the support needed, making my course more enjoyable.

Having tried a number of learning platforms, I am of the opinion that The Learning People is the best of the bunch! I was looking for (and have now found) a training provider that would not only teach me the skills necessary for a new career but one that would assist me with finding employment as well. The phone call I received after making my initial inquiry was informative and comprehensive without being pushy; all of my questions were answered and multiple payment options were explored to find what would work best for me. TLP provide a "start-to-finish" service ensuring that I will be put into direct contact with employers as soon as I have acquired my certifications. Don't waste time, get involved!

As a neuro diverse person with good intelligence and an IQ of 168, I found that learning people website was not that inclusive for people like me. I have lots of qualifications in IT, Law and Advise Law Enforcement Agencies and Youth Offending. They call it a disability, and it is when you have to deal with things like this and be treated like this, but we love to learn new things. Brains are like sponges - never sated, always wanting more. It pushed me from a job application site, to a sales screen to sign up without explaining the course, showing the course or if the qualification was recognised. Contact I had with learning people was only after the review and was dismissive, going to great lengths to discredit and gaslight me to claim my experience was invalid or untrue. Even accused me of trying to damage their business. That was not the aim. Nothing Changes in a Silent Room. Remember that. People with my condition don't lie, we are very sensitive to truth and accuracy. I am pleased that I did not sign up for the course, as I still do not know how much the course was, or what the qualification was, even after asking, even after gaining contact with the provider. It isn't something you are privy to until your cash is in their bank it would appear, as they are very reluctant to divulge. With my condition, we do not pay attention to the little things, so it is important to be able to ask questions as we have a reputation for just buying stuff. (I bought a real tank once, but that's a story for another time) I was unable to get that reassurance I needed from Learning People. The chatbot was never available, and the emails bounced back. So I posted my experience on Trustpilot and discovered what learning people are really like. They put in extraordinary effort, so many threats that I felt sorry for the review platform trying to be objective by also dealing with this company that were so desperate to defame me and accuse me of lies, so I removed it. I don't wish to waste my life with this sort of stuff - I was just being honest, but that isn't acceptable. If you are a disabled person, you know how people treat you in these cases. It is one you won't win, as you are second rate, you don't matter. That is how I feel after dealing with this provider and their attack on me to discredit my experience when I only wrote what was true, and backed it up with legislation and screenshots.

The regular check-ins and guidance were great and to some extent motivating, at the end, you're better off for it.

The learning sessions were not just interactive, even though they were animated but they had questions that were in close alignment with what I saw in my exams. The exam was interesting because they made sure I was well-prepared for it and I passed it on my first attempt. After my exam, they contacted me to ensure I could get my documents ready on time in preparation for my job search.

I am not an easy student and have a lot of things happening in my life in one go. The student care team have been supportive and helpful during this time as my anticipated student time has been eaten into with legalities. When I chose the course the lady that rang me was enthusiastic and a pleasure to talk to giving me confidence to sign up.

I have felt supported throughout my studies and Katie in particular has been great at offering guidance as and when needed.All in all a great experience.

The staff of learning people have been good to me in terms of follow up . There follow up has been top notch and is second to non. The only negative part I would like them to improve on is in the area of the consequence of student failing the exams . Inconclusion, I am enjoying my learning with learning people and I have never for once regretted my associating with them . Thank you

They have really helpful student care that are always available for any queries making student life very easy when studying remotely. Notably, Katie in the Student Care team has made my life very easy, being very attentive to my queries. I have always received a very prompt and sufficient response from Katie. Also, Chelsy in the career services team has been really supportive around exam time. Finally, Sam (one of the consultants) was very informative from before I decided to take the course, and has been very attentive throughout the course, checking in on me at relevant points.

Vita was really helpful to sort out my learning playlist and also give me the knowledge to complete a good structured study planner.

Extremely disappointed - a complete waste of money, with nothing to show at the end of it!! BEWARE! I honestly don't even know where to start with this company. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and marked by concerning business practices, lack of transparency, and abysmal customer support. Firstly, I was charged over £3k for learning resources, which I was then later told the exams had to be completed within 12 months. I respectfully asked a number of times about how to speed up the exam process initially, and then about an extension to the course rather than being forced to complete this within a short time frame, but the lack of transparency was either a severe oversight or, worse, an intentional attempt to mislead customers. I now feel it is the latter. They tried to tell me that it was out of their hands and that if I wanted to "apply for an extension" they would be charging me a staggering additional £1800!! Unbelievable! The customer support has been completely inadequate. My attempts to seek clarification and resolution have been met with delays, unhelpful responses, and, in some cases, complete disregard for my concerns. The lack of accountability and professionalism in handling this matter is unacceptable for any company that claims to value its customers. It does not!! All they want is your money. I hope Learning People take feedback seriously, but I honestly doubt it seeing how many negative reviews there are here.

My experience so far has been amazing, I have a beautiful rep Angel who has supported me throughout and has really helped me gain confidence in the whole process. I would recommend this learning platform to everyone for the experience and support received to obtain a brighter future career.

This is a scam, you can get the course materials elsewhere for a fraction of the price! I also have been spam called from them and last night they called me at 3:30am. Please do not fall victim to this harassment. Definitely not signed up to their Australian business and I definitely have the correct company. I also have proof of the call as well as a text stating they are from their company so I have blocked their number (also wanted to state that their number is from England uk)
