Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed - a complete waste of money, with nothing to show at the end of it!! BEWARE! I honestly don't even know where to start with this company. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and marked by concerning business practices, lack of transparency, and abysmal customer support. Firstly, I was charged over £3k for learning resources, which I was then later told the exams had to be completed within 12 months. I respectfully asked a number of times about how to speed up the exam process initially, and then about an extension to the course rather than being forced to complete this within a short time frame, but the lack of transparency was either a severe oversight or, worse, an intentional attempt to mislead customers. I now feel it is the latter. They tried to tell me that it was out of their hands and that if I wanted to "apply for an extension" they would be charging me a staggering additional £1800!! Unbelievable! The customer support has been completely inadequate. My attempts to seek clarification and resolution have been met with delays, unhelpful responses, and, in some cases, complete disregard for my concerns. The lack of accountability and professionalism in handling this matter is unacceptable for any company that claims to value its customers. It does not!! All they want is your money. I hope Learning People take feedback seriously, but I honestly doubt it seeing how many negative reviews there are here.
