I really have a nice time with The Learning people, especially with Kylah McGowan.

Would not touch this company with a bargepole. Take your money and no proper support. Cannot get through to anyone when you need help. They change direction all of a sudden with the 'content'. Poor, very poor service.

What information do you want to know from me? You guys always ask the same questions to all thw bad reviews and your answers are the same. All I want is my money back , with your poor scammed students loan agreements whole UK has been left with massive debts but nothing else! I want my money back and never ever ever hear anything aabout such a rubbish company like Learning people!

Where do I even begin, of how horrible of a decision it was to sign that paper that basically has made me a slave. They over promised and severely under delivered, live classes? Bullsh*t. Student care support team? Non existent, call them for days and no response. You try to cancel but because you signed a piece of paper you can’t despite the course material being subpar, $30 udemy video is higher production and more relevant then the whole cyber security course. Essentially in the onstage of you committing to this course, you will have to speak to some sly salesman that promises many things yes, but non will gain fruition as he works on commission most probably and could care less. Might I repeat myself here!! This is literally a scam, stay away at all costs. This is so bad for the first time in my life I am actually considering to sue these guys. All the 5 star reviews are most likely bots, don’t be a slave don’t jump into things. Worst way to start of 2025 by literally getting scammed and not being able to get out of it feeling trapped and hopeless.

Not interested in people, only your money. I signed up for this course, with the best intention to finish and start a career in cyber security. Unfortunately my personal circumstances changed which inhibited my ability to give time to learn. I was in a situation where i had to work ridiculous hours in order to pay bills (including monthly payments for this course), this in turn meant i had no time to even log in to their resource or carry out any examinations or receive frankly anything for the money i have paid, and continue to pay. I contacted the finance company to explain i had used the service for a matter of weeks, but they refused to cancel my financial agreement with them. The only thing i was offered by the learning people was an extension on my learning, even after repeatedly telling them i was physically unable to complete the course. Then to make it even more hilariously dickensian they asked me if i wanted to renew my license. Im saddled with debt for a service i havent even used and received little to no understanding or help in rectifying the situation. Absolute cowboys. Avoid like the plague

Learning people are very supportive. Angel has been especially amazing and done me a study plan to help me get back on track and arrange follow up calls weekly to check progress. Absolutely fantastic.

Very happy, get great support from everyone I've spoken to and the live classrooms are great and informative as well as being able to ask the teacher questions. Would highly recommend.

Missold courses paid a large amount of money for two courses that were way above my level. I was assured that the two courses I bought would be suitable. I had a call today trying to sell me other courses that were more suitable, but no option to do a deal on what I was missold. Only two check-in calls throughout the year. Other training organisations offer more.

I just completed the compTIA A+ with the learning people, my journey was made comfortable and relatively stress free thanks to the great support given by the learning people, I would highly recommend their courses.
