Ken Dehon and Damian were both awesome! Their professional work ethics were very similar. Hardworking, with seldom seen dedication and expertise. Ken totally sold us with his presentation and Damian completely installed the system the very next day!

Cameron did a great job installing my water system and explaining how it works. He took care of removing and disposing my old tanks which was not easy and very much appreciated. He was friendly and very knowledgable about the product.

Informative, timely, efficient installation. Answered all questions and paid great attention to detail. Left area cleaner than found. Solid product installed well.

Just had my yearly water softener service and the service technician, Anthony, was phenomenal. I have a large amount of iron in my well water and had given up hope of finding a water softner that truly fixed the problem, but Anthony was able to optimize the settings and fix the issues I was having. He definitely knows his stuff!

Tony was great! The install went smoothly and he answered any questions that I had on the new system.

Lindsy in the Cleveland, OH office is awesome! This is our second Leaf product (Leaf Filter too) and they make it easy. Great customer service.

BJ the absolute best technician on installation and information we could have asked for. Very clean install and he was very accommodating to all my questions since I am a first time water purification system purchaser.

Got my unit installed today. It was much bigger than originally discussed. My water pressure is pretty much cut in half. Tried to call the service tech. No one picks up. You have to leave a message. Not a good experience whatsoever.

Babe Bird was very professional. He did a great job and we would have never known he did work in the house. He cleaned up everything and left everything and left the house how he found it.

Derrick (Sales Rep) came to our appointment and was super knowlegeable and helpful and after a question and answer session, I agreed to have a system installed. This was on a Tuesday and we were scheduled for Installation Friday of the same week. The following day they called and set up for Thursday. The installation went flawlessly and Matt (Installer) and his son were very professional and answered all my questions about the operations of the unit. Thank you gentlemen .

The sales pitch was a bit strange like the old vacuum cleaner guys. But polite & smart about the water conditioners and the explanation of features/benefits. Connor installed our units next business day. He was considerate and knowledgeable but had to admit he had the wrong unit installed. He quickly made it right two days later. We appreciated his honesty since we may not have noticed it was a smaller unit than we purchased.
