I called in for an estimate. Adam came out the same day and by day 2 ,my system was installed! And best of all it is a USA based and manufactured company!

Harold arrived on time and performed a quick evaluation of the existing system. He then went right to work installing our new Sim1.0 system. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

1. The sales staff was professional, conducted a thorough evaluation of then home water system, recommended the proper solutions for our water issues, never attempted to upsell or pressure us. 2. Dan our installer was on time, knowledgeable, professional, showed us how our system works, gave us good information about how to get the best performance from our new home water system. Answered all our questions and was very positive about the performance of the system he was installing.

Patrick did a great job installing our water sofner system and our reverse osmosis system! Great communications with us and explained everything well. Give him a raise!

Connor was on time, polite, courteous and did a very professional job of installing our system. It was too long having city water.

Whole home system w/ RO in place for 2 years on new home build. System requires only annual service. This experience was second one of those. Original appt. had to be rescheduled due to conflict on their end, but got a slot that worked for me a few days later. Tech JD was knowledgeable and personable. We discussed performance change of system over time and he thoroughly investigated and recalibrated (we were using too much salt). While my wife and I have enjoyed how the system has improved our lived experience and water consumption, it's the fact that other than adding salt I don't have to do anything and we just need service 1x a year. When that is done as it was by JD, ownership is a breeze.

The installer was prompt, courteous and very nice! He called ahead, discussed the system after install, and was very respectful! I am all around pleased with the service from Leaf Water.

The whole process from evaluation to installation was seamless. The crew was flexible for installation timing. Work was completed in a short duration. Alex Rosario was very communicative regarding the process and provided a helpful demonstration of the system upon completion.

My sales person was Kevin Brown. I was having major issues with my old system. An appointment was made and within 2 days Kevin came to my house. He was prompt and on time. He tested my water, we reviewed everything, from the company, the products available, to water was in my current system. His presentation was very professional and personalized to my needs. He worked very hard to get my water issues fixed and helping me with a price that I could afford. Via "phone" stayed with me for the whole process, even checked in on me the next day after instillation. Patrick was my service man that came to my house who placed my system. He was extremely professional. He made sure everything was working properly. Showed me how everything worked and is to run properly. He removed my old system cleaning everything up making sure everything was "right and tight" I couldn't be happier with my team. Honestly 10/10 !!!!!

Romeo was professional and amazingly efficient. The work space in our home was left clean and orderly.

The water treatment solution that we discussed and agreed upon has dramatically improved the quality of our water as indicated by the before and after water analysis! Kristi was so helpful as she explained our options and pricing. Within a couple days, the install team (Pearl and Vernon) arrived and installed our system which was up and running that night. Our system took somewhat more time to install as it was in a crawlspace and in the rear of our house which required transporting the required tools and equipment to the access. They worked diligently and kept us informed throughout the process and upon completion spent time with us to explain how it functioned and how to maintain the system. We are happy with the results and recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions and look forward to years satisfaction.

Another great experience with Leaf home. Spencer was on time, courteous & informative. He cleaned up after our job was completed and provided an overall great experience. We are happy with our decision to use Leaf Home solutions for our water purification system.

Nimo ended up being able to come almost immediately after we ordered our system, even earlier than we scheduled. He was VERY efficient and in and out of her. It is clear he knows exactly what he needs to do and is a pro at doing it. He was very kind and walked me through everything once he was done. This was the best experience I've ever had with any kind of contractor or home service. Thank you!!!

The technician advised me of delay in arriving (much appreciated). Discussed placement of system with me and unloaded truck. Went right to work. I watched him about the last 45 minutes and he advised me how/when to add salt, about/when system flush is set for and general maintenance. Alex was efficient and personable.

Kenny was awesome, he answer any questions I had and install my water softener system very nicely. He made sure I knew how everything worked before I left.

The installer (Jerry) was very knowledgeable and was able to overcome several obstacles which arose due to the configuration of my property. He maintained A high level of workmanship as if he was doing the work at his own home. The sales and installation staff were informative and constantly in touch throughout the process.
