Tyler was my installer and his helper was Austin. They did a great job and super nice. They are very professional and got the job done pretty fast and cleaned up.
The sales rep Charlie was great and expanded the system that would take care of our problem. The installer Tony did a wonderful job with the installation and clean up.He showed us how to operate it.A very good company to work with.The water tastes Great. Jerry Ambrosh Sr 05/06/2025
Just installed new water softener system an RO system. Kenny our tech was courteous and knowledgeable. Total installation time was 2 hours. He was respectful of our property and cleaned up when all was complete.
Our current water softener system was in need of repair. We decided to get a quote from Leaf Home for a new system with UV filter to kill any bacteria that may be in our well water. Marisa was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the correct product for our situation. She was very particular in testing our water to make sure that we were getting the safest water possible. The young man that installed the system did so in a timely manner and also helped us with an additional issue. We are very pleased with the system. It has improved the quality of our water.

The couple that sold us the system (Brian & Trina) were wonderful & explained everything & took their time with us, we had a lot of questions. The installer Matt & his son did a wonderful job & answered any questions I had. They were very neat & cleaned up before they left. They were very nice & helpful.

Dan Davis was our installer and he did a fantastic job on the install and provide all the nessary operational information. We were very satisfied with Dan's service. We also felt that our salesman Ross, was very informative and helpful.
We were very happy with the Salesman Matt Savage. He explained everything to us in detail. Answered all our questions. Within a couple of days they installed our Water Filtration/Salt Water System. The Installers (2) did a fantastic job. After they were done they programed everything and explained everything to us. Nice part is we never have to touch or program the system. We are so happy we now have clean, clear water. I was very pleased with this whole experience.
I’ve waited a while before giving a review of my Leaf Home Water system, as I wanted to be sure of the water quality and functionality of the system. I love the clean water quality. I’m also relieved to not having the dangerous chemicals to worry about. I’m saving $ on detergents, soaps and shampoo, as I only need to use a quarter of what I used previously. There is no offensive taste or odor to the water and it leaves my long hair mostly tangle free! When I had questions concerning my system, Michael promptly answered them. The young lady that sold me the unit was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the unit as well as testing the water prior to purchase. I’m extremely pleased with the Leaf home water system.

Cameron came to our residence and installed a water softener for us. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and answered any questions we had. His work was very neat and he was very organized. Noticed a difference in our water almost immediately

Spencer Hastings was our installer….he was right on time , extremely courteous, and cleaned up after installation. He brought in bags of salt as my husband can’t lift that much weight and put it in…..the best part was our barky chihuahua fell in love with him as he was giving her belly rubs…..Thank you Spenser for such an easy experience
Randy did a great job presenting the benefits and features of the system. He told us we could contact him at anytime with any questions or concerns. We are very pleased with our new system and are so happy to not be buying huge cases of water each week!
